Alamanda Shantika is the founder of Binar Academy. Previously, she was part of GoJek's early management team as the Vice President of Product, where she developed the mobile app that we all use today. She was also the Head of Product Development Engineering at the fintech company Kartuku (now part of GoJek). With her experience in the tech industry, Ala is passionate in developing Indonesia's IT talents. She founded the educational startup Binar Academy to cultivate new programmers and to connect them to corporations.
