Merriska is the CEO and founder of META Innovation Lab, a design thinking consultancy firm. Since its creation in 2019, her firm has assisted numerous organizations such as YCAB, British Council, and CITI Foundation. She was previously the Program Director of PLUS (Program Usaha Sosial), where she led capacity building and design thinking programs for social initiatives and entrepreneurship activities. Her other experiences include being a Project Specialist at Boston Consulting Group and an Assistant Brand Manager at Danone Nutricia Early Life Nutrition. Merriska studied at the School of Business and Management, ITB.
