Inesyahana is the Assistant Vice President for Employee Experience and C&B at Mining Industry Indonesia. She started her career as a HC Specialist at Indika Energy before handling project management at PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk and became a Talent Management Lead at Burgreens. She obtained her Bachelors in International Relations and Masters in Business Administration from Gadjah Mada University.
