Marlin has collected 17 years of experience in sales and marketing. She is currently the CEO for Telkomsel Mitra Inovasi. Prior to this, starting in 2018, she worked at Google as the Country Leader for Waze in Indonesia. Four years prior, she joined Telkomsel as the General Manager of Digital Advertising, leading innovations in digital advertising to enhance the company's standing as a top telecommunications company. She was also the Senior Manager of Digital Solutions in Yahoo! Indonesia from 2010 to 2014. Thanks to her overwhelming achievement in sales, Marlin was appointed to join the 2013 Yahoo! Sales Conference in Las Vegas. Her digital career spans way back to 2009 during the early rise of social media, when she was the Advertising Manager of Interactive Hub Pte Ltd. Marlin studied Business Administration in University of Indonesia and Marketing (post-graduate) in University of Canberra.
