Mutiara is a mission-driven professional who has experience in project management, public sector advisement, and research. She has research and work experience in the issues of small and medium enterprises development, trade facilitation, and digital data governance. Her experience in project management and policy research includes working at JICA project and USAID ASEAN Policy Implementation Project. Mutiara is currently training to be a leadership coach with a scholarship from Co-Active Training Institute, USA. During her down time, she loves to write, play with beads and watch BTS videos. Mutiara got her Bachelor of Economics at Universitas Indonesia and her Masters in International Development Policy at Georgetown University.

And planning to travel to South Korea this October for their concert festivities.
