Uti is a certified career coach, a marketing and branding expert, and a mother of 2 daughters. She is currently a Training Facilitator at consultancy firm MarkPlus Institute. Previously, she worked in Hakuhodo Indonesia for 17 years, where she received the Haymarket Southeast Asia Account Person of the Year Award for her work as Hakuhodo's Managing Account Director. She was also part of the Committee of the Asia Pacific Media Forum from 2010 to 2018. Uti earned her Bachelor's Degree in Communications from University of Indonesia and her Masters in Management from Gadjah Mada University.
