Meza has built a multidisciplinary career in, law, public policy, and business development. She is currently the Head of Business Development Strategy and Strategic Projects at Grab. In addition, she has been a Board Member at Institut Deliverologi Indonesia for 5 years. Meza was previously involved in numerous public institutions such as Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources and the President's Delivery Unit for Development Monitoring and Oversight (UKP-PPP). She studied at the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia. One of her most notable achievements in FH UI was becoming the Third Best Oralist of the 2008 Philip C. Jessup international Moot Court Competition in Washington DC. Meza obtained her LL.M. in International Legal Studies at New York University as a Fulbright scholar, 9 years after studying in the US under the AFS student exchange program. She has also lended her expertise in law and business as a part-time lecturer in SBM ITB and Indonesia Jentera School of Law.
