Tya is an experienced executive coach and professional speaker. She is the Founder and Consultant - Executive Coach of Navigadhi Indonesia for the past 4 years which aims for solution-focused coaching and consulting sessions that resulted in client development. She was also the Chairperson for Dharma Bermakna Foundation from 2012-2018. Prior to working at the foundation, she has the opportunity to work as PT Memimpin Dengan Nurani as Senior Consultant. Tya has several roles in high-level management as Director and Vice President in some companies in Indonesia, such as Bank Danamon, Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri (SPM), and Indonesian Institute for Financial Analysis (IPAF). Tya has a backgroud of study from Universitas Indonesia for Bachelor in Communication and MBA from University of Virginia Daren School of Business
