Mila is the Assistant Marketing Manager at H&M Indonesia. She previously worked as the Marketing Communication Manager at Prima Food Solutions and as the Marketing Lead at the startup furniture marketplace Fabelio. Her marketing career began with the ISMAYA Group, where she oversaw the marketing for their four brands of Japanese restaurants. She kept working in the food and beverage industry as the Commercial Restaurant Supervisor for IKEA Indonesia. She then received a promotion at IKEA and began volunteering for their CSR initiative, IWitness Global Citizens. She then worked for Kantar Consulting as a Cultural Streetscaper, researching market trends and giving clients advice on cultural strategy.
