Monita is an Independent Marketing Consultant helping startup founders and companies build brands and execute strategic marketing, with >13 years of cross-industry marketing experience under her belt. She started her career as a Strategic Planner at DDB advertising agency before getting recruited by PT HM Sampoerna into their highly competitive Management Trainee program. She served ~7 years in the company, taking on key roles such as Brand Manager for A Mild and Portfolio Strategy Manager in APAC Regional HQ, Hong Kong. In 2017, Monita took a strategic leap into the thriving tech industry. She joined Tokopedia as Head of Brand, dedicated >2,5 years at Gojek as Marketing Senior VP, and most recently appointed as CMO at DANA Indonesia.
